Returns
At Gurlz Power Luxe, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be included.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Swimwear without the hygiene seal intact.

Accessories or beauty items that have been opened or used.

Gift cards or sale items marked as Final Sale.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.
